1. General Policy
Since our products are precision instruments, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:

Manufacturer defects within 12 months from the date of purchase

Wrong items received
You must contact us before returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. Products with Manufacturer Defects
If a product no longer functions due to a manufacturer’s defect within 12 months of purchase, please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.
Conditions:

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

After our failure investigation is completed, the product will either be replaced with a new one or a credit will be issued.

The failure investigation typically takes 30 to 50 days to complete.

If the investigation determines that the issue was caused by improper use, misuse, or modification by the customer, an investigation fee and related expenses will be charged.
3. Wrong Item Received
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We will provide return or replacement instructions once we confirm the details.
