Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

ARTRON AMERICA, INC accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Normal order processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

If your order is not currently in stock, we will provide an estimated shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.

2. Shipping & Delivery

All products are sold EXW ARTRON AMERICA, INC, Garden Grove, CA

For U.S. Customers

The following shipping methods are available:

  • UPS Ground Standard (5–7 business days)

  • UPS Second Day (2 business days)

  • UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)

Business days exclude weekends, and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method.

For International Customers

We ship internationally to countries where UPS services are available, except Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Oceania.
Available shipping methods:

  • UPS Worldwide Saver (7–10 business days)

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited (10–14 business days)

  • UPS Standard (7–10 business days, Canada only)

International shipping rates vary depending on destination. Certain countries may impose tariffs or customs duties after arrival; these additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected.
The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number.
Click the tracking link in the email to follow your package on the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

The risk of loss and title to products purchased on this site pass to the customer upon delivery to the transportation company.
Claims for damages during transit must be filed directly with the carrier, as they assume responsibility once the goods are accepted.
We recommend retaining the shipping carton or photographing any damage for reference.
